Hidden items
After jumping from the mountain, you'll land on a peninsula far from where you started. Walk into the donut-shaped ring of trees next to you.
Healing Copse
Healing Copse is a free rest spot. A tiny person in the centre mentions a gnome village to the south, but you can only enter it while shrunk. Desch gave you the Mini spell for exactly this.
Cast Mini on your party when you're ready. You need a White or Red Mage for this; if you don't have one, swap a job temporarily just for the cast. Walk south to the second circle of trees in the forest.
Tozus
Tozus has 2 chests and 4 hidden items. Rest at the inn first. Head to the house at the northernmost point of town and check the bookshelves inside for all 4 hidden items: Cura (15/61), Fire Staff (16/61), Vest (17/61), and Mythril Bracers (18/61). Hold on to the Fire Staff. Use it as an item in battle and it casts Fire for free (no MP cost), which is a lifesaver while your party's shrunk.
Talk to the person in the bed and hand them an Antidote.

They'll open a wall behind them. Follow the path downstairs to 2 chests: Mythril Bracers (58/367) and Mythril Rod (59/367). That's everything in Tozus.

Tozus Tunnel
Tozus Tunnel connects the gnome village to the overworld on the other side. It's two floors with no branching paths, so just follow it through. Make sure you pick up both bestiary entries on the way since they're exclusive to this tunnel and you won't find them anywhere else:
Once you're out the other side, cast Mini again to return to normal size. You're now on the western edge of the floating continent with a long road ahead.
