With the Mythril delivered, head back to the Rebel Hideout and talk to Hilda. Ask about Dreadnought. She'll task you with investigating it in Bafsk. This chapter has 3 chests in Bafsk Cave and introduces 2 new keywords.

Bafsk
Take the Canoe across the lake back to Paloom and board the ship to Poft. From Poft, pay 200 Gil to fly to Bafsk, or walk north around the mountain if you want the extra grinding.
Bafsk is Imperial territory. The magic shop sells Esuna, Basuna, Fear, and Silence at 600 Gil each. Buy both Esuna and Basuna. Esuna cures poison, blindness, and other ailments; Basuna handles confusion, sleep, and curse. You'll rely on both for the rest of the game (work on leveling them to at least 6). The armor shop has the Silver Cuirass for 200 Gil, a solid upgrade if you haven't bought Mythril Armor yet.
Walk south until you spot a lone soldier. Ask him about Wild Rose first to prove you're a rebel, then ask about Dreadnought. He steps aside and reveals a hidden passage.
Bafsk Cave
Bafsk Cave is a short dungeon: 2 floors, 3 chests, no boss. Zombies (30 HP, 17 ATK) are the only new bestiary entry here. They hit as hard as Soldiers did in Semitt Falls, but Fire tears through them since they're undead. The other enemies are all repeats from earlier chapters.
B1. From the entrance, head up the passage to find a Longsword. Go back down and follow the path right. It curves around to the bottom left corner where a Longbow sits. Continue right and take the exit to B2.
B2. Go right and skip the first intersection. Keep going right, then up. The path zigzags in a lightning bolt shape; follow it until you see light coming through an opening. A Dark Knight blocks the way.

A cutscene plays with the Dark Knight and Borghen. The Dreadnought is launched and several towns are attacked. Head back inside the cave after the scene and go right through the door to pick up the Pass. This key item is needed to board the Dreadnought later. Walk right and step on the purple teleportation pad to warp out.
Learning About Sunfire
The teleporter drops you outside Bafsk. Walk north around the mountain, keeping it on your right, until you reach Poft.
Speak with Cid and ask him about Dreadnought. He'll mention Sunfire. Learn this keyword and ask him about it.

Return to Altair and talk to Hilda. Ask about Sunfire. She'll explain it can destroy the Dreadnought. Exit the throne room and go right to the King's chamber. Ask him about Sunfire and he'll tell you it's stored in Kashuan Keep. But the keep is sealed. You need the Goddess's Bell to get inside. Learn the keyword and ask him about it.
Speak with Hilda again in the throne room and ask her about Goddess's Bell. She'll direct you to Josef in Salamand.

Without Minwu, your party loses its best healer. Make sure Firion's Cure is leveled high enough to keep everyone alive. The next chapter takes you back to Salamand to find Josef, then into the Snow Cavern for the Goddess's Bell. The enemies there hit harder than anything in Bafsk Cave.
